Technical support to design an effective biofouling control system. This includes dispersion system design to properly mix the dosed biocide to achieve a full protection of the surface of the seawater (pipe) system. A CFD model is used to provide insight in the effectiveness of the biocide dosing. H2O provides you the design (fabrication drawings, BOM, insight in effectiveness) to secure an effective biofouling control from intake onwards. 

Based on the biocide dosing specifications as defined according the Ecodosing metholodoly, H2O BFS provides the specifications for Electrochlorination WITH a guarantee on effective biofouling control!  This includes a full set of document specifications (including P&IDs, PFD, etc) which can be used as tender documents. In addition, for existing systems H2O BFS provides documentation for possible modifications. 

H2O BFS performs a “health check” for existing Electrochlorination systems and advices on optimasation in operation, maintenance (acid cleaning) or refurbishment.
